So this evening my mom and dad offered to take us out to eat to get the wifey and I out of the house. They took us to a trucks top restaurant they said had great food, The Coolspot Cafe. Well they weren’t kidding the food was great and inexpensive for the quality and portion size. As we were getting ready to leave a trucker at the next table over got his meal delivered. My mom immediately said, “what the heck is that?”. The trucker laughed and said its my John Candy 96'er and laughed. It was a huge ham steak slab that hung over every edge of the already huge plate. I looked at the menu and the ham steak with 2 sides and bread was only $9.99!
