New Rope Eel

Today my wife and Aunt went to the local pet store and she came home with a Rope Eel. She said she was naming it Nagini. It such a cute little sucker! I can't wait to see how big it gets.

Lego Tower Record!

Was visiting with my nieces and nephew over at my mom's house. They were playing with Legos and of course Uncle Rob had to help them break the rules. They were not allowed to build tall buildings... well today we are going for a new record. We built a tower that actually touched the ceiling. But with all good things we then had fun knocking it over like giant monsters smashing Tokyo! :-)

Thrift Find - Original 1993 Furby!

Was able to locate for only a couple dollars an original, still in box, Furby for my awesome wife! Now the dang thing won't shut up (the Furby that is). LMAO!!

Thift Find - 1950 Monopoly

Awesome find at the local thrift shop. A complete copy of the classic board game Monopoly from 1950 in excellent condition!

Free Comic Book Day (2019)

Took the wife to the local comic shop for Free Comic Book Day and while we were there she got a chance to get her photo with Iron-Man. We are such dorks, lol!

Passing of a family member, Wobbles

Our dear Wobbles had been suffering from health issues and for his last day with us he was able to experience feeling grass under his little toe beans for the first time. Live free and without pain my dear friend. I am going to miss you running for your glug glug (water from the water cooler) and you climbing into the fridge every time I opened it.

Closed Masonic Home Tour

My wife and I were graced with the opportunity to take a tour of our local Masonic Home that had been closed down. It's fate is still in limbo at this time. Was a beautiful place and still is, but is now a little eerie as well. There was a awesome mural that was painted on the wall of the old banquet room that I just had to get a picture of. We hope they can do something with it and not just tear it down. (4/28/19)
