Last night was a great start and transition to 2019. My wife and I enjoyed some classic homemade shepherd's pie and corn muffins with the back door propped open. My wife Saun was the one to find the silver coin in her corn muffin. We finished the meal off with a toast with some spirits. Afterwards we wrote letters to each other to keep sealed and not to open until January 1st 2020. When the clock struck.midnight we went out the front door letting out the old and came in the back door letting in the new. And sealed the evening with a kiss and wishes of a prosperous new year together. I'm so looking forward to this year, especially since it will be our 10 year wedding anniversary this year which is a great milestone.
