Entry. Today saw the completion of the Mind Arc construction from the blueprints Apolo offered. We have set forth to the resting place of Artemis to offer the Mind Arc to him. We arrived at the designated coordinates on Capricorn in the Inkheart system to utilize the holo-terminus to contact Artemis. Upon activating the holo-terminus I communicated for a moment with Artemis before utilizing the Mind Arc as directed. Unknowingly the signal between Artemis and I was cut off. Null's signal broadcast came in and he advised me to journey back to the stars to put Artemis to rest. What is this "put him to rest" bit? Upon the end of the message I take back to my ship and head back to orbit only to be met by Nada and Polo in the Space Anomoly. Nada and Polo offer me a choice... put Artemis to death or upload him the Korvax simulator aboard the Anomoly so that he may live on in the system.
I have chosen to upload Artemis to the simulator system. Nada advises that once he has become accustomed to his new environment I can communicate with him again. For the time being I am advised to seek out Null again to communicate what has transpired. I receive a inbound communication signal from Apollo and I explain what has transpired. Apollo offers his thanks for what I have steps I have taken for our mutual friend.

Enjoying some popcorn and watching Harry Potter and the Sorcerer ' s Stone at the library. This eve was the Harry Potter trick or treat movie night. Fun little time with a great flick.

Entry. This evening I ventured out to follow coordinates in the quest to locate Artemis. Upon locating the source of the current signal I located a monolith on Bishop in the Weyland-Utani system. Upon entering the glyphs I have discovered on my quest a portal opened. Throwing all to the wind I stepped into the portal. Upon stepping out of the portal I discovered I was on a foreign planet. Within a flash my surroundings turn into a Atlas sphere cooperative. The Atlas describes wholeness of being a traveler. Upon completion of its ramblings I am transported to a baron planet. After following my scanners coordinates I locate my ship. I am not sure how it got here... I must get back to my fleet and collect my thoughts and decipher all this new data.

I love catching a view of her listening to one of her favorite songs as she sings along and does a little sway to the beat. Not realizing that I see her enjoying the music and moment. It's little things like this that you take in and keep close to your heart. She completes me, she is beauty.

Entry. The Daidalus 1 has returned from its voyage. Captain Hokub is not "wowing" me with his recent log entries.
- Log entry 515 arrived in Argalot system. This system seems to be controlled by the Vy'keen. It was discovered that a bounty was placed on the fleet. I, Captain Hokub, have decided to take the ship's reserve credits to pay the bounty before a band of pirates decided to do it.
- Log entry 564 Conducted negotiations with another trading fleet. During talks, agents boarded the ship and spread lies among the crew. Mutiny averted, but trade deal canceled.
- Log entry 778 Attempted to assist local Merchant Guild. Served as a neutral venue for talks between two waring trade factions. Talks broke down, fighting erupted onboard. Severed damage to ships internals [Daidalus 1 recalled home for repairs]
- Log entry 1079 Returned home to fleet. Assumed formation at capital ship and awaited debriefing and repairs.
Even though the mission was not a full success, I do give good credit to Captain Hokub and his efforts in the Vy'keen system. The Vy'keen can be brutal most times and even more so when it comes to trade deals. Repairs orders for the Daidalus 1 were approved and to be started forthwith. Tomorrow is another day and a day a new journey will present itself. Let us just hope that Captain Hokub does not continue this unfortunate trend.

Entry. The Daidalus 1 has returned from her expedition prematurely after only getting 252 light years into her 1512 light year journey. During debriefing of Captain Hokub it was reported that in his log...
-Log entry 255 the team encountered an abandon orbital hauler. Upon inspection they inadvertently introduced ore containing mineral-eating spiders to the main hanger. Spiders loose, substantial damage to both internal bulkheads and out hull.
-Log entry 499, Returned home to the fleet. Assumed formation at the capital ship and awaited debriefing.
This is not what we envisioned for the maiden voyage of the Daidalus 1 as part of our fleet, but are happy that she returned to us with only minor damage, that will of course come out of Captain Hokub's credits.
As a show of good faith Captain Hokub has offered to partake on a trade expedition to attempt to establish a trade cooperative and replenish our credits. I have accepted his offer and approved the expedition once the repairs are completed. The Daidalus 1 will leave directly.

Entry. This eve the Daidalus 1 is taking her maiden voyage as part of the USS Cygnus fleet. She will be launching in a expedition that will span 1512 light years. This expedition is noted to be a balanced quest, but we have faith in the Daidalus 1 and her crew. Just to be on the safe side I have made the decision to make sure that she has been equipped with some tactical upgrades as well as trade communication modifications. Tread well Daidalus.

Getting my Halloween on...
Sitting back watching the newest installment of Halloween.So far I am really enjoying it. I like the way they are telling the story as a jump from the first movie to the newest flick. Don't get me wrong I like the other movies in the series, but I like the direction they are taking the Halloween train.

Entry. With the recent loss of the Nostromo I have been contacted with an offer by an orbiting science vessel to join our fleet. Upon review of the ship, her crew, their logs, and of course my funds we have come to an arrangement. We would like to extend our welcome to the Daidalus 1 science vessel to our growing fleet of the USS Cygnus.
Now for some well deserved rest before the new day's explorations.

Entry for this evening has both its highs and lows. During this eve's journey I have taken on a few missions to help weed out the pirates circling the space station in the upper quadrant of Weyland-Utani system. This racked in some well needed nanite credits that I will surely been spending on my next trip to space port for some tech upgrades. On a sad note this eve, I received communications that our frigate, the Nostromo, was on a Journey into Far Places expedition this eve and was lost. Log entry 243 was noted as they encountered a faint anomalous radio signal. There was a sudden surge and the bridge circuity was blown. The Nostromo suffered catastrophic damage and was destroyed. Log entry 521 No Log Present - Pressume total catastrophic fleet loss. The Nostromo had a good run and this jump was only 249 light years into thier expedition the ship and her crew will be missed.

Celebrating the weekend.
It's been a long past few weeks, but the weekend is finally here. Was down ill there for a few days, then have been working, and this week my wife and I have been helping run a book sale fund raiser for our local library. Time to dance on into the weekend.
